About Me
- I love solving problems. Early on, I found a love of grammar and language that allowed me to help others communicate in a defined structure, making my thought process broader and more inclusive. Now, I've found that same passion in user-centered design and research and enjoy solving digital communication problems.
- Though the methods are different, my goals remain the same - help others understand something in a simple and easy way. My years in customer-facing positions have taught me that listening to others, carefully examining data, and excluding my own personal opinions or judgements is the best way to translate information into understandable views.
- In 2010, I completed the master's degree program in Information Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology. I'm currently a technical/web editor at a architectural consulting firm in Chicago, IL where I act as a communication bridge between architectural subject-matter experts and our clients.
